Oyelade: Alhaji Ariyo Olagoke condoled with Olubadan of Ibadan

Alasa dynasty Alhaji Prof. Sabit Ariyo Olagoke JP has condoled with the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Dr. Mohood Lekan Balogun, and the people of Ibadan Land over the death of the Ekefa Olubadan and Babasale Musulumi of Ibadan Land, Senior Chief Lateef Oyelade.
The cleric equally expressed his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the Late Senior Chief, The Chief Imam of Ibadan land, and The entire Muslim Ummah, in a press statement he personally signed and made available to journalists in Ibadan.
Prof. Olagoke, while praying to God to forgive and grant him repose of the soul. He described the Late Chief Oyelade as a true Elder statesman who was highly disciplined and kind to all. He further described the deceased as a Community Leader and an individual who was passionate about Ibadan and Oyo state’s progress.
The Founder of Shafaudeen in Islam also described the Late Chief Oyelade as a complete Elder Statesman who used his wealth and knowledge for the development of Ibadan Land.
He also noted that the deceased contributed immensely to the growth of the City both in the Islamic religion and traditional circles in his own ways.
He said: “I express my condolences to the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Dr. Mohood Lekan Balogun, and the Traditional Council, over the death of the Ekefa Olubadan, Senior Chief Lateef Oyelade.
“I equally condole with the immediate family of Baba and the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan Land to whom he was a patron and a great figure as Babasale Musulumi of Ibadan Land.
“I pray that Allah SWT grants him Aljanah Firdaus.”
